★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a balayage and left with green highlights. The stylist had not completely washed out the green toner that he had applied. He claimed that this was intentional and that the green is meant to fade away into a nice ashy blonde. However, after the session I contacted other professional stylists for a second opinion and they all told me that this is entirely wrong and that De Casa Studio should not have let me leave with ANY toner remaining in my hair. Paid a lot for this but I'm so disappointed.
UPDATE: After hearing about my 1 star review, De Casa Studio invited me back to their salon so they could fix my hair for free, which was good of them. Unfortunately, even after my hair was redone, it was not what I had asked for. I had asked for a brown balayage. I ended up with lots of small highlights but it was NOT a balayage. Furthermore, I specifically said no blonde or red tones but I ended up having quite a lot of blonde and red tones in my hair.
tl;dr Stylist did not give me what I requested for. He claimed to know how to do a balayage but it was all lies.

I've been going to hair salon at least once a year for more than a decade. For all of the salons I've been to, not even one struck me as my favourite.
This hair salon, almost, thus the four-star rating.
Look, I hate talkative hairdresser. I come for my hair, not for a chat.
Do my hair and leave me alone and you'll find me the easiest and most tolerant customer.
Here, the pretty hairdressers left me in peace for the most part of two-and-a-half hours. Only once one of them offered me an extra "hair treatment which on promotion", I said no thanks and she didnt push any further.
Hence, the four stars.
Overall their service is very good and my hair looks nice for a quite an affordable price.
Why not 5 stars?
I've been here only once ma..
Maybe next year we'll see ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the attutide and aura of the hairstylists in there. They are friendly and kind. I have been to quite a few saloons. Many they failed at greeting wall-in new customer. In terms of hair cutting skill, they are still room for improvements. Ambiance of the place is homey. Don't expect glam. They are good with hair colouring. They are all very young artists. Try outs with them. Discuss what is your needs. They are very patient people. Last but not least, price is reasonable as well!

Kevin and his team are amazing.
They do tell and propose whats best for your hair style.
For muslim ladies: not to worry they do have private room for you.
Price are affordable.
Ambiance are OK.
They do have small waiting area.
