★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there because of many good reviews but the entire experience is very very unpleasant!!!
The cashier is so dishonest that he was trying to charge me higher price (RM50 more) until I check the price list.
The massagist is very unprofessional and rude.
She even fell asleep and took off her mask during the massage!
Please avoid this place unless you want to risk yourself during this pandemic. Wasted time and money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy with Massuer Jessie. She took her time to work out all the knots in my shoulders and my hamstring's. Powerful strokes using her elbows and arms. Professional and not rushing lady. She even gave me a few extra minutes on my shoulder. Our Local Sabah are as skilled as the thai massuer's. Will return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are great for non peak hours.Masseuse are also very professional and strong. However,their admin staff are very uncoordinated; walked in during non peak period,was told to wait 30 minutes,thay is fine. After almost an hour of waiting, I was rudely told by the receptionist that I need to make a booking and thus my 1 hour of purely sitting there and waiting was gone. Really ruined my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a Booking with De' Klair and was recommended Local Sabah Massuer. Her name was Kiwi and her picture was quite cute.
Strong oil massage skills and good communication with me. She hit all the points and my back felt very relaxed. She happy to spend more time on my aching areas . Paid the counter Fee for 90 minutes massage and small tip for her.
Will Return for her service again. Thumbs up !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time trying this massage centre after recommended by my Filipino friend. Had my 2.5 hours of oil massage around RM195 (130+ 45) and it was fulfilling. My masseur Sharen was knowledgeable, detail and slow and gentle in relieving my blockage pain. Love it! Will come back.
Ample parking space.
Would like to try their foot reflexology next time too..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price and my masseuse (Jessie) was very professional and skillful. Ambience was mostly great - the music wasn't too loud and the lighting was just nice.
Reduced 2 stars because halfway through, the female manager/owner (I assume) suddenly entered to fix and rant about some aircond issues to the masseuse without any apologies/acknowledgment.
While I understand the need to deal with unexpected issues, the least they could have done is to say "excuse me, sorry to interrupt" or something, especially since I wasn't clothed properly during an oil massage session.
Giving a benefit of doubt that there was no ill intention since the employees look like they are treated nicely and fairly, and I was also very happy with Jessie's massage. Hopefully no similar incidents in the future and I would change the rating if there's an improvement next time.
