Update: check with licensed pharmacy this klinik doesnt provide details of what medicine they give. i stop eating all medicine given immediately. Be careful to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi Tribal team. Thanks for your visit to our clinic and your feedback. Appreciate your effort. I apologise if you had problem with your last visit. However, my nurses are taught to explain all medications and dosages and frequencies of medications to all patients in detail. And they will also circle the indications of the medications on the zipper bags with medications in them. And they always explain the medications and notify the indications for the medications.
Do come back and see me if you had problems with the medications for more clarification. Your licensed pharmacy just made a blanket statement and I will not probe further on that. That's his opinions. Nevertheless, I still have my regular customers, whom we serve with care and love.
Not sure about the panel problems though but we sincerely apologise if my nurses were rude or in any way said the wrong things about your panel company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the cheapest place I could find to do my Covid 19 PCR swab test and get my results out the next day. Other clinics simply overcharge. I did my test in the morning and they emailed me my results less than 24 hours later. The staff is quite helpful too.

My mother was vaccinated here and the doctor personally called her to confirm the appointment and cheerfully reassure her that all will be well.
The vaccination process was a breeze. 25 mins tops. A huge thank you to the doctor and her staff in selflessly volunteering to help the nation and its people. A role model and hope for all of us Malaysian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is very helpful and patient. If you come for pcr test, remember to make appointment first. Usually staff here will ask you come on 11am onwards which are lesser people session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse clinic I've ever been to. Doctor is very impatience. Front desk person is even worse. Yell at me when I ask if I can pay by card and ask for receipt. Literally just pay to be judged and scolded.

Always goes the extra mile to help :) needed an assisted rapid antigen test for traveling to melbourne, called to see if there’s a possibility to have the brand displayed on my test reports (because it’s the requirement for Australia). She wasn’t sure but went to all the trouble to figure out how to do it for me and now I can happily fly on my assisted RAT! Thank you Dr Goh for treating me for so many years but always being the doctor I can rely on! Highly recommend ✨
