β β β β β Went with my partner last weekend and we enjoyed the aromatherapy massage very much! The receptionist (Ms. Ai Kei iirc) was great, friendly and patient in explaining the different reflexologies offered. The masseuses were great that the strength was moderate. of course, if we want it stronger, we can tell the masseuses. They accept walk-in but it's better that we make a quick call to check before your visit. They took note of customers' feedbacks and did everything to improve customers' experience, if you're thinking of a great spa or massage experience in Penang, this is very much recommended! You won't regret!

β β β β β Worst experience. . Bad service, very unprofessional. The bed in there was a thin worn out mattress with stains. masseuse chit chat over the partition while massaging. Was freezing in there but she ignored me. Do not visit this place. The massage itself was ok, but overall experience was a bit traumatizing. Never written a review before but this was so bad, came here because misled by the good review on google, had to write this so others wonβt be misled by it.

β β β β β Every time Iβm in Penang I make sure I visit this spa at least two to three times each trip! Excellent service and the staff are very accommodating - especially when I decided to make last minute bookings a few times ?? the therapists are really skilled and caring especially when I had that bad sprain in my neck which needed attention . Truly one of the best spas in Georgetown ?

β β β β β I had a chance to visit the spa during my penang trip last week. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. The massage is good and the ambiance is superb. If youβre looking for a spa that can ease your mind and get your body rejuvenated, I would recommend here. Btw, the spa shared the same building of a club (canβt remember the name of the club).

Very welcoming and staff, and the manager lady took time to understand my back issue ans recommend the best therapy.
Will definitely be my new go-to place ??
