good massage, but the background music is only one track which is played over and over on repeat. i was in there for 90min, and it literally drove me crazy i had to play music on my iphone. when i told the lady at the front desk that they have to do something about this, she just shrugged and said it's 'fixed' and they can't change. a good massage, but i wont come back as the music is such a mood killer and ruined the experience for me.

Relaxing atmosphere, strong & skilled masseuses, professionally managed • My favorite is the Relaxing 90min with oil • My wife loves the Sport 90min with oil • Get the Foot 45min if you've walked all day and are a bit short on time • Do ask for the face donut pillow if you're lying down, anything else is not comfortable • Book ahead of time as it gets busy, and they may not be able to offer the type of massage or room you want. • Couple's room is popular. • Ensure you tell the receptionist which body parts to focus on as the masseuses don't really understand English • Masseuses don't talk during massages which is important • Get the ginger tea at the end. It's very spicy but you can always drink the normal tea on the table if you don't like it. • If possible, ask for masseuses #36 #35 • Clean toilets and lockers available to store your belongings • They will wash and scrub your feet prior to your massage

My visit was yesterday. Receptionist Jessiah (new it seems) was rude. I’m not a first time customer. Stopping me the door and asking if I got booking, instead should allow in to the reception table. Insisting on scanning MS, stating it’s the big boss policy, in contrast with Government’s latest SOP on Covid. Asked me if to use pin or paywave, before I reply pin already used paywave. Please provide some professional customer service training to this CSO, especially how to interact with customers as this effects your business. Masseur #52 is friendly and professional in her work, that’s positive, though, I will not return again. One star solely due to this CSO. Thanks much.

Never had a chance to try the their massage. Decided to just walk in, and to inquire about the price, the staff was very rude. Before we could only ask, she just shut us off, “no appointment cannot come in”. Just like that! I tried calling but no one answered and since it was near the hotel I stayed. So I decided to try, the next time please state a board that “only appointments”.

To all potential customers especially Singaporeans reading my review below. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS ?? The way the counter staff broke the "news" to us is simply sarcastic ? Firstly we made reservations via WhatsApp and managed to secure our desired timing. When we reached the massage parlour early, we went in to inform them of our arrival. CS exclaimed:"What is he doing here?" While pointing at my son. I explained that my son will be sitting either with us (my wife and I) in the massage room or the lobby. She rolled her eyes up and repeating:"No no no no no no no....... Company policy.... etc etc blah blah blah....." Even with her mask on.... I just cannot tolerate her tone and her eyes and her attitude... Well... We saved our money and our precious time to reason with the CS... (Not worth our precious time) Btw we did not proceed to engage their massage services after some "unpleasant exchanges" and decided to walk away. Therefore in short... NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY????? Went to THAI BEST instead ?????? Will not be disappointed. Updated to Service Provider's statement as of 18th June 2022 (5:22 am) As a potential customer, I understand what is Company Policy. I do not challenge your Company Policy and your customer service staff should inform potential clients and family tourists of your lame Company Policy. As the borders are open, more families will be traveling with little ones, and we are here to support and to enjoy our time with a happy mind. (Especially school holidays) If you pay more attention to the reviews from other Google contributors, you will realise that your counter staff's attitude is not up to standard. Her verbal responses and her eyes expressions (even with mask on) are sarcastic. I will not entertain and tolerate such nasty treatments (especially to my family members). I will walk away without even bothering to leave a review if her attitude was good and all ends on a good note. For your business sustainability, either you retrain your counter staff or have her replaced.

Tried the sports massage. It was relaxing and i like that the masseuse took note of my discomfort and adjusted her pressure accordingly. The receptionist was also nice and catered to us non Chinese speaking customers. i would recommend going here if you're in town

Nice and clean place! Quality massage with good ambience. Customer service Catherine at the reception is courteous and friendly. Arranged everything for 5 of us. Luckily, we had a local call in to help us book. They can get busy though. The little things counted for me. Like the slippers they gave after washing ur feet on the welcome. The place is carpeted. Soothing music during massage with the donut face pillow for facing down. When come back when I do return here!!

We couldn't get a slot for massage on the day we walked in, so we booked for the next day. The masseuses are from Thailand and my masseuse was professional and good. She has 10 years of experience. Price is not very cheap, but it's not very expensive either. I paid RM 128 for 90 mins of hot stone massage. The masseuse said that hot stone massage is recommended monthly or 6 weeks apart for busy people since the effects can last quite long. My only gripe (reason for 4 stars) is the reservation could be made better. We tried calling but nobody answered the phone (we had to borrow a phone to do this as we didn't have a local number). Also tried to Facebook message but no reply. Walking-in to book was not the most convenient... Perhaps having a WhatsApp number for bookings will be convenient for tourists like myself with mobile data, but not calling minutes.
