★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good facility with kids pool in front of our room. Good for staycation with kids.
But please take care of hygine in the toilet. Once i check in, there is 1 wet towel in the toilet. Then there is no water heater. Please consider to upgrade. Overall was good.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was poor. We had our 2 days of 60+pax in a group.
Not a good place to go for a vacation. Swimming pool so dirty, no filtering system, balik rumah ramai sakit demam. Aircond not working. Makanan berkira, kedekut, tak cukup dan xde variety.
Ada bangkai ular dalam surau. Wth!
When we came for a survey days before the event, we were so feeling unwelcomed as we wanted to see the place for our event. The girl at the reception was helpful but macam nak tanak buat tour for the whole area. At least show us something lerrr..
Special note to the owner. Get ur manners right, orang datang expect tempat best, makanan best, bilik best. tapi owner macam paitao baik takyah bukak tempat untuk family or company vacation. Siap sound bos kitrg tu. Lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice scenary, located at downhill of Gunung Nuang. Rooms are nice but a bit slippery especially during raining season. can ask for floor mat from room service. no water heater, and air-conditioning. equipped with ceiling fan only. pools are very interesting, suitable for baby, up until adult. got PKP meals, which includes hi-tea, dinner and breakfast. suggest to bring enough snacks since the nearest shop is around 15 minutes driving and tge road is super dark during night. no lamp post. great resort for weekend retreat!

The price is not that cheap though for such simple resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is comfortable but no A/C inside and hot water. I came to the resort during hot season and it's literally like a sauna during the day with a lot of mosquitoes. The place also got no internet connection and no phone service so if you're someone who doesn't mind about that, I guess it will be ok for you. The water inside bathroom kinda muddy. The TV channels only provided Astro Enjoy so yeah, with no internet connection etc, your only entertainment inside the room is Astro Enjoy. The resort got swimming pools which absolutely heaven for kids if you have kids. However the main reason I give only 2 stars, because lacked of good infrastructure, food provided by the resort is also so-so (only provided 1 type of food and 1 type of drink), the price doesn't worth the facilities provided=expensive. Front gate only open at 3pm.

No water filter/heater.
The room cost per night also unreasonable.
The owner’s son super rude. You should be the one who have the best attitude man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All good. And when I say good, it's subjective to your personal preferences.
If you love nature and planning to bring your kids to explore place surrounded with nature, willing to sleep in rooms with no aircond (built-in fans and natural wind), no water heater (fresh cold water only), and barely existing wi-fi connection. Then, this place is perfect for you.
Some people are too soft, complacent as they are used to having luxuries of A/C, hot water and having to sleep in their sleeping gowns with cozy thick blankets as if it's snowing outside. But they forget the fact that the trip is to experience nature and not a trip to snowy Paris.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to relax and let ya kids to have fun all day long in pool (because all rooms facing the pool area and you can see them all the time).
Amazingly the ambience is very welcoming. Can sleep well and quite chilly here.
Bring your own snacks and tidbits because it is far and risky at night to go out to shop.
However, a quick suggestion to the owner, maybe you can provide menu for us to choose for dinner and breakfast before we come and of course we are willing to pay extra for delicious yet satisfying menu.
Because the place is good, sure we will come again. Just fix the way you cater the food for us.
