Not really recommended no tv provided chalet also very small and can hear lot noises people talking inside room

We're enjoying nature's environment but the chalets ?, not really recommended. Sayang, the chalets looks nice but the cleanliness is out.

Uniqueness 1. Various animals in the chalet area for children to see. Peacocks and chickens roam free while mouse-deer, ducks, swans, and crocodile are in their enclosure. 2. Well maintained, minimalist and glamping. 3. Choice of chalet or camp site. 4. Close to the river (which are maintained by them) or you can just dip into the chalet's own pond (suitable for children). The water is pumped from the river. 5. The chalet is built beautifully with wood as main materials. 6. They provide barbecue kitchen for you to cook. 7. Close to Terra Pong Restaurant. About 8 minutes drive. One of the best option to choose from for dinner. 8. Open air musolla. No praying mat provided in the chalet, but you can take it from the musolla. 9. Swan hand-feed morning when the staff fed the animals. 10. Fishing rod is available for rental at RM10 each, the bait (earthworms) is available for RM1/box. Things to consider 1. No water heater, no jug kettle, no drinking water - bring your own. 2. No shared pantry, would be a great facility to add. Just an area with water dispenser - with option of hot/cold water (jug kettle is good too), microwave, and selection of free (or paid) instant coffee/tea/snacks/instant noodles. This is important to parents who need to prepare milk for kids. 3. The main entrance is closed at night. If you are going for subuh prayer at the masjid, this will not be convenient. Maybe if we let the person in charge know in advance they'll better prepared to help us with this. 4. There are plenty of convenient shops around here. But don't expect much, it's better you come prepared. The closest town is quite far, about 25-30 minutes drive. 5. With all the animals within the proximity, animal feeding is an interesting activity. 6. I got a smoking next door neighbor, that means I got the smell into my room when he/she smoke in their toilet. Privacy is also another concern, I could hear their chat...even the sound when they pee.

Beautiful place, got mini zoo in the compound. Peacocks, rabbits, kancil, ducks, chicken and fish pond., Near to river but the cleanliness of room is totally out. Dusty, not enough of lighting even our toilet unable to flush. But the respond of the owner was quite fast n thy fix it immediately.

Cons -Not well maintained,maybe not enough budget after covid. -Feel not welcomed (no one nearby to assist since the day we check-in until check out),unable to call anyone since the phone line reception is bad. -There is no water filtration system for each room as it comes directly from the river.You have to expect sometimes the water will be yellowish and looks very dirty inside the toilet. -Room not equipped with air-conditioning, quite hot to stay inside especially daytime.The ceiling fan not working as expected. -Room and bed is small.Bring your own mattress if you have small kids. -Not worth the price we pay(RM200/night) X 4 room.Nearby chalet able to provide better service with lower price and better environment. Pro -They do have unique animal inside.The kids love to play and feed those animal. -Nearby river. Recommendation to the chalet owner 1.Consider to improve their facilities and infrastructure.They do have very good concept and good location. 2.Consider to improve customer service.Always have people to be on standby to help the visitor.We might be okay with all the facilities limitation.However during our visit,we feel not welcomed at all. As of now, our family will not be coming back to this chalet in the near future.Not very good experience beside swimming at the river and playing with the animals.
