I can buy cheaper and better products but because of business need, went to Dell

β β β β β Helpful and professional staff. We have a Dell laptop that OS kept missing everytime it updates, and the technician quickly solve the problem for us, after two visits to a Dell technician in Jakarta.
The tech is very thorough in his explanation thus making us understand what was the problem.

β β β β β Called up Dell to request for price quote for laptop battery last Tuesday (26/3/19) and was told that I'll be able to get an answer via email by 1/4/19. Till to date, no news whatsoever. Excellent service!

β β β β β Honestly, when bought it laptop there the seller dell is very nice, but after my laptop have problem about 2 months after buy it there and i have confirmation from dell can exchange to a new laptop at the shop. THEY TREAT ME VERY BADLY!!! DISSAPOINTED WITH DELL
