After getting internet connectiom, testing for basic function.speaker cannot be used. I got cheated and customer support never reply or call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased my first rig here, fair prices and okay-ish customer service (it was sometimes difficult to find staff to help you search/ask for things). Great after-sales service by Mr Lau and Yiao (technician) though since I had a faulty component and they helped me navigate through the issue pretty nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to buy a gaming laptop, because I am going to work at overseas soon. Most of the reseller do not have laptop with 17 inch already. Some are able to get it but the price is much higher than the official store.
The model I bought is G713Q. The color is very nice, it comes with a very nice bag. I tried to compare this model with other brand same spec, I find that this is way worth. As I am going to work in front of my laptop for a long time on a daily basis, I prefer 17 inch.
Buying from viewnet comes with a free wireless mouse as well, truly appreciate it, as I was in a rush to buy this laptop and I couldn’t find anywhere to get it. It is out of stock everywhere?
Last but not least, writing a review also give you another 1 year warranty for free. This is why I am here to share my true opinions with you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there yesterday accompanying my friend to get a laptop. My friend got a Lenovo Yoga 6 after deliberating for half and hour.
The initial sales associate (junior I think cos he went back and forth to confirm best price) - let's call him SA1 was away for dinner break when we returned to confirm our purchase, but attended by another more senior sales associate ( colored hair and bespectacle) SA2. Purchase was completed via SA2.
There are gifts that came along with it - laptop bag, Logitech mouse (which the SA1 told us will give a better silent mouse than the offered) and a pendrive
Sales were closed. They took the Laptop stock out and shared with my friend the content - stylus was included. When I asked what battery the stylus required, SA2 said 5A, and was told that the battery was not included and I need to go to ALL IT to get it.
I went to ALL IT and was told there is no such battery and after that I returned to VIEWNET to follow up again. Then I was told that it's actually 4A battery for the stylus. ??
ANOTHER sales associate (SA3) was tending to my friend on the setup. When we signed into Microsoft acct to activate the office, I asked how long time it required to update the software. SA3 told me 30mins(!!!????). We were told by SA2 thebsetup takes 15 mins!
I was already not happy with the misinformation and the SAs were not focused and present on attending us. The gifts were not taken out from stocks to ensure everything is in place for best customer experience.
SA3, ( got to know his name is KK) whom was later attending to us got sounded by me on the whole process. The packing were all over places- after the setup KK tries to assemble the packaging but couldn't find the foam mould for the laptop etc. Apparently it's on another table.
KK was very helpful and he completed the whole process with a little help from other colleagues (NOT SA1 AND SA2).
CONCLUSION
Excited staff whom know how to close sales at the laptop section but don't know how to close the entire sales process and services was bad after payment has been confirmed.
The whole experience made me feel like once payment transacted, the customer are of no value anymore.
DON'T THINK GONNA RETURN HERE FOR ANY FUTURE PURCHASES.
