He was patient with me for hours in stores and gave detailed advices as I initially had an idea of getting different models that don’t suit my needs. His friendliness and professionalism convinced enough to purchase from him. One down side is that they don’t allow me to choose the backpack that I like when they have available stock. Anyway fingers crossed that this laptop will serve me for a long long time.

Also they were kind enough to upgrade my device to Windows 11 at the store even though it officially sold as having Windows 10 installed.
