★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this shop for laptop accessories repair, when repair they screw on my laptop and cause my laptop surface scratch, they blame is my laptop too thin. After i went home, i realize there is another problem on my laptop which i do not have this problem before i visit this shop. I went to this shop and ask they said is my fault and if want to repair they will charge me again.
Think twice before you visit this shop and repair cost is very high

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeffrey is a disrespectful, dishonest and deceitful person! My CPU chip was replaced with another lower end one! I know this because I have upgraded my laptop CPU few month before prior to this motherboard replacement . Upon inspection, It was a lower end model, not the one that I have upgraded.
He denied right away without even putting any effort to find if he accidentally swap my CPU chip. On top that, he was being disrespectful and insulted me by stating that the CPU chip of mine was worthless anyway. The only regret I have was, I should have done the repair by myself. This would me my first and last time!

Critics my laptop old model and refuse to compensate.
So sad being treated this way.
