★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced miserable service, paid for screen replacement 900+ waited first 3 weeks. After I got the laptop back it turned up that the guy who replaced it didn't remove the protection film from the screen before installation. Now I'm waiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy dell from Malaysia. Really bad service and the quality is not good. I bought a one for 2000$ but machine is sucks. Installed Windows 10 home and it can not be removed from the machine. It has injected to mother board. I didn't ask a laptop like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waited for over 3months due to shortage of monitor supply of the laptop. Until now im still waiting for their part to ship from the other planet. Problem remain unresolved, customer service slow response and customer has to follow up byself. Buy at your own risk. BTW my monitor was crack in normal usage when i reach home the laptop was cracked and i have to bear the cost for the replacement.
