1) quite good facial treatment
2) friendly and professional beauticianist
3) comfortable environment
Cons
1) expensive
2) too hardsell their products/services
3) products are too much (they promoted me about 11 bottles of skincare products for daily routines) cheap brand but selling expensive plus effect is not worth the price.
Each product price range is about 200~350, imagine if you have to purchase all of the product they recommended...
4) be careful when you purchase their products, the volume/weight is just about 1/8 of the bottles. You can only rely on the stated ml or gram, but not depends on the bottle size.
Overall feedback, facial is good, products so so, but they are too hardsell till every single time you go, they will definitely ask you to buy something. Lastly, only visit here if you are rich enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The consultation not professional, one treatment I did was rm199, but asked to sign package (few times reconfirmed with her, she said it will be the same treatment I did) but was offered at 2 free 1 rm17xx with Now promo at rm999, questioning her why rm199*3=rm597 but charged us at rm999, personally feel it’s NOT worth, the consultant replied as there are FOC products like serum and so will be given, so it’s just like we pay for the “FOC” products. A bit disappointing.. between First time visited salon and not asked to change clothes and shoes.. doubt it may be a new SOP.. and it may due to the COVID-19, shoulder massage was exempted..

Early my skin very dry and start to have pigmentation. After few treatment from Deluv I feel my skin very hydrating and pigmentation lighter and my skin improved alots!
Pros
1) very efficient facial treatment
2) Painless extraction and professional beauticianist
3) very high class and comfortable environment
4)expert beautician only recommend product which suitable to my skins and have helps my dry skin to improve alots.
5)The beauty products is very reasonable price and worth the value unlike the products I using in market with no result( waste my money and time).
Definitely highly recommend for people who look for a professional beauty salon.

6)The beauty products is very reasonable price and worth the value unlike the products I using in market with no result( waste my money and time).
7)I have been recommend many of my friends and family member to come over and they have gain back the confidence.
