★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever come to this company. Bunch of useless people in the management. Work based on KPI and thousands of useless terms and conditions (which is impossible to reach has been set) so that none of them achieves it. They promise sweet things in beginning, yet you have to wait for months to get it although you are a top performer! There are cases where people never received anything although its been months since they resigned. The whole company is a scam! Useless management who just runs away and never cared about their employees' welfare. Pathetic!

Something that I have experienced in Denave is the encouragement for growths.
I have moved up over 6 years in Denave. When I joined Denave I didn’t see myself as a manager, and now I manage multiple people. And I was only able to do that through the support from my team and the encouragement of my managers .
It has been a great journey to me and I am proud to be a part of Denave family.
