★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a member for 4 months before and visited again to introduce 2 of my friends. When I was rejoin the membership, they said that if I signed up for the promotion of the month, they will be provided with 2 personal training sessions and the last month free of charge. I asked to cancel the membership after 3 months because I heard that I have to cancel the member at least a month before. But this is the answer I got from them. At first, I paid by debit card and it will be automatically paid by the system from next month, so I have to use it for another month to cancel it. They didn't tell these things when I joined early on, but their staffs were saying that go to the police station to sue a complaint with the contract. We don’t want to handle this situation so big. I just wanted to have an explanation from them, not a complaint. I'm so disappointed with what they've done and I don't want to visit there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I are taking 4 months membership since Sept20. After two months we freeze our account due to the pandemic. We actually never go there since Nov'20. Then we decided to terminate, the staff is telling us based on T&C In order to proceed with our cancellation request, we still need to paid the outstanding and perform 1 month notice. Pay the outstanding is fine, BUT THE FITNESS CENTRE IS CLOSED!
EVEN THE CENTRE IS CLOSED, WE STILL HAVE TO PAY???
We give them notice on 4th Feb, one month after should be 3rd Mar.
They charged RM687 for Jan till 3rd March when they are closed!
Really really really DISAPPOINTED.
I will never go to Peak Fitness again! Goodbye!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am super disappointed in how they are handling my situation. No email reply at all and no refund even though they promised to do it but am still waiting. So sad and disappointed. I would appreciate atleasst some sort of communication but sadly that is not happening.
Worst gym.. they will charge u during MCO even during lockdown when it's supposed to be on freeze. Money was charged from my account for 3 months even though gym were shutdown due to lockdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told the management not willing to put the sauna back after covid after my fifth time enquiry. The first reason they give during my first enquiry is that the sauna is closed due to government rule. When everything is reopen after Covid, i asked again and they told me the sauna will be ready soon. Then, the same " the sauna will be reopen soon " excuses were told to me . In the fifth time, they just told me frankly the management didnt want to put the sauna back. There is no proper reason and time line provided. The toilet is also smelly from time to time. the swimming pool is also quite dirty as there are many rubbish that you can see when swimming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expat who moved to KLCC recently and wanted a gym that was close to home but also very friendly and not too busy. Peak has a fabulous array of equipment, staff, trainers, cleaners, and classes. Fantastic space and caring staff who are always happy to see you and with long opening hours also to suit my hectic days. Five stars.
