★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD SERVICE. The doctor are not followed the procedure. Supposedly when I do root canal treatment the doctor should briefly explain and xray first. However the doctor are not followed the procedure. The outcome is my teeth is broke down and must refer to specialist to sit for minor surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They staff never inform the previous doctor was on maternity leave when i call them. The current doctor only sees 20 people a day. I caled the 2 days for appointment n all they say was come morning n take number. I came here 9.25am n they say i cant see the doctor caz already more than 20 people. Better close the clinic or put a big board that u also sees 20 people a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should manage their system well, on the spot im waiting around one hour and half just to get my braces review. Im waiting since 7.25 AM but the long queue is so irritating. What i wanna ask here, is there any point to set an appointment before coming ? ??. They short of manpower also (doctor) that cause patients to wait more than they should ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The system is very bad. I bring my mom for only the toothache. The staff ask me whether can wait for 1 and a bit. I agreed and registered my mom name.. I was waiting for 2 hours and ask the staff still how long to wait she said I have to wait another 2 hours cos I am last patient. But they are some people come after me. Why she have to said I am last patient.. Terrible. Only for toothache check up have to wait for more than 2 hours. I cancel n went to other clinic just take 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave up on the waiting time. This cause a big gap to review braces, as not everyone has that luxurious amount of time. I am not sure if it is work to pay the remaining balance and look out for other dentist to continue. My friend, lucky for her that she did her braces at other dentist which able to stick to the appointment time well. She has removed the braces ages ago while I am still struggling up to manage review time. 4 yrs? Or more? Laughing at myself..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good dentists on board. Counter service also ok she asked me whether I could come back in 2 hours because of long queue . So I didn’t have to wait long.
