★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best dentist in Penang/Kulim. Been to many dentist but this one takes the cake. Very new tools and very advance technology used to do filling. Also the clinic is very new and comfortable. Price is also reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and nurses are nice but the front desk people need more training in customer service because they are the face of the business.
I wanted to pay with credit card but they were out of paper and requested me to pay in cash. But when I wanted to pay in cash, they were out of receipt book and then wanted to record my payment in a small piece of paper. How am I gonna use it for claims and record keeping?
The front desk eventually found a recipt book....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My baby removed her teeth last week thursday. She cried so hard during injection. As a doctor (girl) and nurse they should comfort my child but they arent. They showed their faces and rude to my daughter. Especially, nurse (chubby one). She whispered "bodoh" word. I was so calm because i dont want to make any trouble at there. Worst customer service, back stabbers
