Telefon dari pukul 3 ptg. Pukul 4.15 baru jawab.. hak mulo2 dgr di telinga "CEPAT² KITO NOK BALIK"..buke pejabat tutup pukul 5ptg ? Kecek xde 2 minit "TAK PO LA CIK TAK LEH KECEK BANYAK NI KITO NOK BALIK" .. terbaik serbis jawab la esok². Mcm celako

Phone from 3 p.m. At 4.15 just answered .. right mulo2 dgr in the ear "HURRY LET'S GO BACK" .. the office closes at 5pm? Kecek xde 2 minutes "TAK PO LA CIK TAK LEH KECEK BANYAK NI KITO NOK BALIK" .. terbaik serbis jawab la esok². Mcm celako

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servis sangat2 slow. tiap kali call mesti kena 5 6 kali baru angkat. pastu staff main pass2 telefon tiap kali orang tanya soalan. last2 bagitau suruh call esok lusa minggu depan. bukan sekali dua, banyak kali macam ni.
lepastu staff buat kerja sambil lewa. buat surat rasmi tapi boleh salah taip nama, pastu typing error here and there. bila pergi nak betulkan staff hanya potong yang salah dan tulis balik guna pen. kalau macam tu kita buat sendiri pun boleh tak payah susah payah pergi pejabat sana. kena kita sendiri yang insists suruh pegawai sign to make it valid. and takde pun minta maaf sbb dah menyusahkan org. staff kat kaunter sangat tak ramah. takde queuing system. bila sorang dah siap, staff akan tanya siapa datang lepas cust tadi. sangat tidak sistematik.
