★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nak buat aduan sedikit ,, bukan untuk menjatuhkannya tapi klau boleh bagilah teguran sedikit ,,staf pos laju tanah merah kelantan yg kje dkat kaunter umor dah berusia tapi kadang dia buat derrr je kita dpan kaunter,,time2 pilih customer yg dia nak je, kadang2 suka perli dan malukan customer dpan org lain harap ambil tindakan walaupun satu teguran
Klau boleh tulis or info lagi jelas perkhidmatan apa yg boleh direct ke kaunter dan perkhidmatan apa yg perlu ambik nmbor giliran agar tidak berlaku salah faham

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat2 tidak berpuas hati, servis lambat! Barang dah seminggu hantar tak sampai², bila tanya kerani kaunter tu, dia jawab saya pon tak tau! Kena tanya pejabat pos besar kota bharu pulak! Takkan la customer pulak nak kena kejar barang yang dipos tu? Baik p hantar sendiri je. Tak payah datang sini pon takpe. Jangan datang kalau anda taknak menyesal. Guna JNT lagi laju
