Saya whatsapp tanya pasal kerja, dan ada beberapa soalan biasa saya tanya tapi dia balas dengan sangat biadab. “ingat kerja pasar malam ke?” Terus saya tak jadi nak apply untuk kerja di sini. Belum kerja dah boleh imagine kalau kerja under senior staff yang macam ni.
Her staff named Wati is very rude. I ask whatsapp about the job, and there are some common questions I ask but he responds very rudely. “Remember the night market job?” Then I didn't want to apply for a job here. No job can be imagined if you work under such senior staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sejujurnya, kilang ni sangat bermasalah... Keje ari Isnin sampai Sabtu... Kene ot sampai 8 malam... Gaji basic bukan rm1500 tapi rm1100...ade kes potong gaji.. Tempat kotor dan x teratur.. Elaun hanya rm5 pada shift malam.. Selainnye xde elaun melainkan keje lame seperti elaun rm100
To be honest, this factory is very problematic ... From Monday to Saturday ... Here it is till 8pm ... Basic salary is not rm1500 but rm1100 ... is a pay cut case .. Dirty place and regular x .. Allowance only rm5 on the night shift .. Besides xde allowance except it sounds like rm100 allowance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here as a practical student (mech.Eng).Based on my experienced,the department that I am assign to(B&D/Project) is quite good as the staff and the supervisor quite easy going and making my time while I were there feel a little pleasent actually. The truth is,some of the staff there might be a little hot-headed or uttermost annoying but truly grateful for the department I'm assign into. As I said,this is my opinion as a practical student in that particular department. Might not be a good place for the trainee other than mechanical related course except HR etc. (it's a stamping machine company) so please considered and review it with your best judgement.btw if you assign into other department,you might have some difficulty to acquire and gain crucial knowledge about mechanical study in this place.
