★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not own any desa park city properties but am interested in having one as i usually come to bring my dogs for a walk and to have a nice time with my family in the pet friendly restaurants and environment.
I walked in today on 13Feb2022 at 1.10pm. Was not greeted by the staff where i have to walk to the staff itself behind the counter. (She saw me but chose to stand and wait for me to approach and ask her instead). I came as i was interested with South Brooks property. Upon my inquiry, the lady mention to wait while she find someone to attend to me.
After a while, a man approached and the first thing he said to my face is that South Brooks are mostly sold out if you’re looking for the unit which ranges from 400-500k. (I didnt even mention which property range i have in mind) “We left only units above 1million” - he said. Next he proceeded to ask us google their Desa Park City homepage to sign up to be notified for future upcoming projects of desa park city which can cost around 400-500k. He then walked away and i was left standing in the showroom with my phone out looking up the website.
I then proceeded to walk out the gallery where both staff ignored me in the end. I believe the treatment which i faced today is a little judgmental in where i was treated a little cold as if im not a potential buyer or that i do not have the financials to purchase their properties.
Hope the management can improve further based on my experience and hope other potential buyers would not face what i have experienced today.
