The surrounding place is marvellous and maintained. Dewan Alwy is set up well to accommodate the vaccination recipients. Medical stuff were extremely polite and helpful and salute them for their services. However, the auxiliary uniformed men could improve their approach to attendees. Keep up the your good work and stay safe and God bless you for the things you do ?

Had first dose of Pfizer together with my wife. Respect to the front liners and the team who managed the crowd in an organized manner. ?? Never knew the existence of such a green lung space nearby. The location is so peaceful, just loved the atmosphere. Can't wait to revisit the place for hiking and jogging ???

Eventho so many people but we/they follow tight SOP..The volunters,RELA,nurses & doctors are so very helpful & the process was so fast. GOOD JOB PEOPLE ?

We had good experience having our 1st dose Covid-19 Pfizer vaccination here. Been a while to FRIM, brought good old memories.

Had my first dose here, this is the observation centre after vaccination, amazing place, feel like I'm on a holiday, shall revisit when the pandemic is over.

Latest update for 2nd jab: 1. Won't let you enter FRIM before 8:40am citing it'll cause bad traffic jam at the centre. Guess what, this rule caused traffic jam at the FRIM entrance at 8:40am. 2. Rela won't allow to drop wheelchair bound pax at the dewan entrance, only by the roadside. So if you plan to drive and double as the helper at the same time, please consider bringing another helper (to help with the wheelchair) so that you can park you car after dropping off. ++++++++++++++++++++ One of the pusat Vaksin for Covid19. Briefly: 1. Parking is a problem. Please come early. Spray some mosquito repellent, this might help with the buzzers early morning. 2. If the elderly are using wheelchair, can drop off right in front of the dewan entrance but then you need to find parking elsewhere. 3. There'll be a special lane for wheelchair users. 4. Area within the dewan is wheelchair accessible.

Update: 2nd Dose for MUM today the 8th June 2021: Well, well , well, its a lot more smoother, compared to the scary, unruly 1st visit , 3 weeks ago. They have certainly ironed out the kinks, crowd control was by far better. RELA officers upped their game, traffic control was fluid, although parking was still difficult. Today's visit was less than hour from the time we checked in till the end! Well done to all staffs there! Sharing my experience and some tips on vaccination day to ensure whoever is taking the shot will have a smoother day than I did. It was pouring cats and dogs and frogs on my day. (Monday 17th May 2021) Parking: It is nightmarish, to find a decent car park, my advice would be once you spot an empty slot, do not think twice, thrice..PARK! Because as you approach Dewan Alwy, it is a major challenge to find one. Traffic backs up because elderly people/OKUs are being dropped off at the 1st main entrance. Depends which Rela officer in on duty, some are not very efficient at directing the massive traffic. If you are driving and your appointment is at 10.30, be there at 9.15.(its the parking that takes time) Step 1: Volunteers will hand you a form to fill in, bring a pen. Follow the queue depending on which dose: 1st or 2nd. Check-in your location with the MySejahtera app and do a quick temperature check. Have your IC ready and you will also need to scan the QR code on your MySejahtera app for confirmation of attendance. Step 2: Consultation With A Doctor And Signing Consent Form. A doctor will be explaining to you about the shot and answer all your doubts and concerns regarding the vaccine. Let the health care professional know if you have any medical conditions that could be considered precautions, such as high blood pressure or a compromised immune system. They will want to know what kind of medications you are taking, snap a photo of your medications. You will need to sign the consent form in the presence of the doctor. Step 3: After signing consent form, you will need to go to the vaccination counter, females and males are separated. Nurse will confirm your identity and cross-check your consent form. Wear sleeves that is easy to be rolled up. Step 4: After getting your first dose, you will need to scan the QR code from the MySejahtera app to confirm that you have completed your first vaccination. There will a 30 mins observation wait before they call out your name and to be given vaccination card with your next appt date. The whole process takes about an hour or so. Bring an umbrella/raincoat - the queue was long and some unfortunate souls had to wait in the rain.
