β β β β β The handling process at this PPV is super horrible. Those people there donβt know how to manage and control the crowd. Suppose to follow appointment time so that have proper social distancing and the poeple do not have to queue for too long. However, they allowed everyone to come in irrespective of the appointment time. This caused a big surge of crowd at the same time and cannot practiced social distancing. So many people queuing under the hot sun. The PIC here definitely not suitable to handle the process here.

β β β β β Got my covid-19 vaccine here this morning (14 july 2021). Overall, all of the people working there did an outstanding job, and made the process so smooth and easy for us.
My appointment time was 9am, and I arrived around 8.40am. It was not really crowded and parking wasnβt an issue. You can either park at the roadside outside the complex, or the outdoor parking within the complex. There were several guards there to direct flow of traffic and assist you in parking. After a short wait for the counters to open, at around 8.50am they opened and things moved very quickly and efficiently. The stations were all very close to each other so you do not need to walk much. In fact I think we spent more time comfortably sitting instead of standing/walking lol. Even the parking area is just a short walk to the entrance. There were so many volunteers and staff there, all of them are super attentive and polite. All of us who went to get the jabs are well taken care of by them and did not have to worry or stress about anything. It took about 40min total from the opening of the counters, to getting the jab, to exiting the center (this is including the 15minute wait after you receive your shot! Thats how fast they were). I got the Pfizer vaccine and the injection felt almost painless. Without me asking, the doctor who injected me was proactive and thorough in showing me the vaccine vial, the volume of the vaccine in the syringe, and once the injection was done, she showed me the syringe again to let me see that its empty and I am correctly vaccinated. Really appreciate the efforts from all the frontliners! Respect!!
Iβve included time stamps in the photos attached, for anyone who wants to know what the crowd and environment looks like as the morning goes by on a weekday, and also to show how long it takes to move between the stations. Hope this encourages people to go get their vaccine asap!

β β β β β Iβm so grateful to get my 1st dose of vaccine (Comirnaty aka Pfizer) at Dewan Sivik MBPJ. The whole process took me 1hour+. All the staff/volunteers/frontliners really did their jobs very well, they are helpful and friendly. The place is cozy especially at Station 4, vaccination area. There are music playing at this area and so you donβt feel anxiety or fear while waiting for jab. There is a open parking lot just opposite Dewan, so you wonβt get lost or feel dangerous but pray hard donβt rain. Haha

β β β β β On the 15th of September 2021, I attended walk in vaccination, everything was fine. All the volunteers were very kind and helpful. Overall, it took about 2 hours from my check-in to check-out, but it was worth the vaccine. I got BioNTech, Pfizer injections and would like to thank all the volunteers for their medical assistance.

β β β β β a nice place getting the pfizer vaccine, friendly reminder to bring your own spray sanitiser to spray the chairs or bring plastic to cover the seats as you will be expecting to seat at 6 different zones. Bring a portable fan if the weather is hot or you are sensitive to heat, prepare for at least 3 hours waiting period when there are lots of people. Parking is a challenge will be a challenge, best to get someone drop you. All the above written base on personal experience encounter on 24 Aug 2021 when getting the 1st dose vacinne via walk in process.
