★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really pleased to find many nice furniture designs at Dezign District and ended up buying a few items there. Their designer/sales person Hanna and manager, Iqbal was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely shop here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a bed end bench after viewing in the showroom. Took awhile to arrive due to MCO related delays. Overall happy with the quality of the product as the item wasn't required urgently. Downside to the entire experience was the lack of follow up from their end on updating me about the delay and the sales person who helped me left the company. Fortunately Iqbal helped to expedite the delivery, thanks. Overall I am quite happy and will continue to shop with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience purchasing from them. Continuous date changes from 10 weeks to 16 weeks. Now it’s 5 months later and I still haven’t got my purchase. You’ll have to keep asking them for updates else they will not bother keeping you posted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice showroom but once u place an order , the item took more than 6 months to arrive. The sales person with spectacles confirmed my order in January 2021 , but item only arrived in September 2021. They did not follow up or inform, I had to follow up and call them numerous times, initially promised may21 to deliver my item, then told me June 21 , then finally September 21 I received my goods. The decorative mirror came with defects and asked to replaced, told me (again) they will check and follow up. However, now October yet to hear anything from them.thank god did not order any big item from them or else can never meet the move in date. After much research , found that their item can be bought via TAOBAO and ship via China shipping co, will be much much faster. They are very creative in giving excuses after another on shipment delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have checked the reviews here before placing order. I ordered and paid for Joan Bar Cabinet on 3 Jan 2022. On 7 Jan, I was told it would arrive on late March/early April. Just today, after more than 2 months, they told me it will now be mid May. Even then, they waited for me to ask. In between, there is no communication whatsoever. As of my latest checking, they’ve raised the price on their website for the item as well. Whatever you think you’ll buy from them, forget it cause they will just promise you and it’ll hopefully come before the end of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store. Salespeople will make promises they very well know they cant keep. Continuously delayed shipment of our dining table unapologetically. We are all aware of worldwide shipping issues but DO NOT promise 8-10 weeks for delivery if you already know it is unachieavable. So, with great sadness we are still awaiting our dining table with a delay now of 6 weeks and counting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We should have checked the reviews here before placing the order. The designs may look good, the salesman may sound very committed, unfortunately not the actual delivery. They keep on postponing the delivery date with all sorts of excuses. We have moved in to our new house without bed, until now... I wish to rate them a ZERO star if there is such option!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm extremely disappointed with this furniture company. We paid a deposit of 50% for a dining set and a bed frame in December last year. The sales associate informed us that the furniture would take some time to arrive since it's manufactured in Indonesia. The date that was promised to us was early March 2022.
It's now April, and we are being told that it will only arrive in May. Seriously, 6 months for furniture? Extremely ridiculous and unacceptable.
Not to mention, the customer service is just plain bad. There was no update from their end on the status of the furniture. I had to take the initiative to text the sales associate - only to hear some sad excuse about shipping delays or someone at the factory catching COVID, which subsequently caused delays in the manufacturing. He even gave us countless empty promises about the new date of arrival, which he repeatedly failed to meet.
I will not patronize this company again (and I'll urge those who are thinking about it to think twice) for two reasons:
1. They have massive supply chain issues, which they themselves seem unable to solve. How do you continue to run a company like this is beyond me.
2. The customer service is bad. The sales associate talks a lot, but he's unable to back up his talk. Expect countless excuses and broken promises, with no solutions or updates.
Overall, one of the worst experiences I've encountered while purchasing furniture (and yes, I'm still waiting for it to miraculously arrive on Malaysian shores).
Updates as of 19/05:
They finally delivered my dining set last weekend after 6 months. Overall, the quality is decent but definitely not worth the wait.
Updates as of 30/05:
They failed to deliver my bed frame. Instead, they returned my deposit. Shop at your own risk.
