★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have faced the same prob. i have waited the whole day and no one called. suddenly, my tracking progress stated 'customer not at home'. ? everything is recorded nowadays.. u can't lie. ? if u need more time, tell the customer. i don't mind. be honest ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Since last week, 4 days status is 'out for delivery' but until today not received my parcel. When call cust service to pickup at this hub, cust service say ok n booked for me. But suddenly status out for delivery again and AGAINNNNN my parcel stillll not received yet!!!! Really2 bad services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t imagine this is the first time I put a review on Google !!! If it’s has 0 star i definitely will give 0 star. Parcels reach KL the next day from kedah. But almost a week at their hubs while my clients are waiting for the goods urgently! Even we order from china, 7 days already reach our door steps from Shopee !
