★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time to take away or dine in is 1hour. Tried ordering online a few times but got cancelled after waiting for 2hrs. Kfc have to increase their manpower or just close the outlets for delivery when they doesn't have enough staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Self collect, arrived at the restaurant at pickup time. Have to wait almost an hour for my order to ready for pickup, 3 walk in customer come and go just like that. Get your order straight laa. Prepare a proper team laa.. management sucks. Customer service is non-existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst dine in ever in my life in this kfc.. Can say i can fries better chicken then here, spicy chicken out of 8.30pm, but restaurant open until 2.00am what for? Actually 1 star also not suit for this restaurant ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new kiosk us not only a problem to the old people but also to the middle-aged, especially for those who r in hurry and decided for wuick take. If the system is not user friefly, then have somebody to help customers, otherwise queueing the old way is better. The system also isnot connected to what is available in the kitchen - very frustrating experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC really need to keep up their game because so far i can see most of the KFC branches seems like don't care much about the cleanliness and also the serve time. Most fast-food restaurants is already improving their services and appearances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst EXPERIENCE ever from KFC SRI GOMBAK!!!! Ordering kfc using foodpanda for my brothers and they can only eat KFC once in a while, and guess what? kfc only gave only 1 tiny chicken! ONE TINY CHICKEN in one of the sets I've ordering!! I've ordering 3 SETS OF 2-PC CHICKEN NASI LEMAK COMBO and THEY GAVE ONLY ONE CHICKEN!!! WHAT?? Did the stuff didn't check the order???? I'm so angry right now!!! How dare you KFC SRI GOMBAK!! I dare this is happen a lots and I've a feeling that your business is not going WELL for a long time!
