Its been twice they deliver to my office and update β€œoffice is closed” sadly I was in the office from 9am to 6pm, no calls from them and no door bell ringing, thats funny they knew their clients office is closed.

Most STUP!D courier ever! Slow, irresponsible, miscommunications and really really really really really really really really really really POOR service! How come this company do this business. They should doing scamming business which is more suitable for them. M0R0N!!!!

3 times out of delivery and then update β€œoffice closed” . NO CALLS AT ALL ! Bad service ever ! No communication at all ! I didn’t received my parcel !

I make a twice call to your support centre... pm on facebook also.. yet my parcel being return to seller.. your driver didnt call a customer if he cant find an address...

The web shown that this place open since 0800am. But when i arrived at 0900am to collect parcel, the staff there informed me that he is very busy to manage/arrange parcels so cannot serve me to search my parcel. Instead, he want me to come again at evening 0200pm for self collect. He treated me like my house just next door to DHL office? So please DHL do not misleading customers by stating operation hours 0800am-0700pm but your staff cannot serve customer on morning time this just waste of the time due to bureaucracy.

Bought cat food on shopee it’s written that I would receive it on the 5th but no update. its fine. Then next day it’s written on dhl tracking its out for delivery at 12:05pm. Waited 8 bloody hours no update nothing I call the number given of the supposed rider and no answer. at 8:45 they called I answered no response. I went out to check and no one is there. I called them back they answer and say he doesn’t know who’s the rider responsible for sending my parcel blabla there’s not enough employees and too many parcels. Says my parcel may be sent tmrw he’s not sure bcs he doesn’t know where it is. Extremely unfortunate. I will not be purchasing anything that uses DHL as their courier.??

Totally outrageously BAD service! ECommerce parcel should have came yesterday and today when I checked the status - CUSTOMER REFUSED SHIPMENT. It’s either they saw and spoke to a ghost or they just simply enter the status. Called the CS line and I was asked to go to the CYBERJAYA hub to get the parcel. I said no, they routed me to 2 local numbers. That’s fine… then they told me that they do not send everyday to this area, I have to wait for resend to happen! Worst service ever to be expected from a company such as DHL! You should audit your riders! You are really trashing your reputations with such low quality high cost services.

They made me wait till 11pm at night assuring me even after hours they would send me my utem,. Their so called manager of the branch gave the assurance. Great job dhl. Thanks to this one branch of yours i do not feel like using your services any longer.
