β β β β β The driver is very rude (Ipoh area).
Never informed before come. Not like other will send an msg to inform you first they will come to deliver by today. They expected everyone is sitting in home and waiting for them to send the parcel. Refuse to attempt next day or later. They just want to simply put or through it into your house. How about broken/damage/being steal by someone if just simply through into our house. If anything happens will DHL e-commerce responsible for it?
If got 0 star i will give 0 start.
No more DHL e-commerce. Bye bye DHL e-commerce.

β β β β β Now I only realized that how the bad reviews come from? When you are meet it you will know, my parcel is a real live plants. I really scared the delaying will make it dead, I have no choice and go to pick it up myself at the Ipoh depot. Just want to say if your company keep going with this bad service and attitude, you really with close the door soon. God bless you ??????

β β β β β 2 weeks my parcel from Klang not reach. Go DHL store checked staff no settled the ploblem. Said no find don't know the parcel where is it and no follow up. Go 3 time store check also no result. The parcel just disapper like that. Bad bad.

β β β β β Avoid DHL at all cost, went to their depot when no parcel movement after 2 days arrived from KL, after do the checking on their system, they told me that their driver bring lorry back with my parcel with him to his home. Really DHL ?? The driver have no intention to deliver my parcel during weekend (saturday). The staff asked me to leave while they try to contact the lorry driver and promised to call me back when they successfully retrieve my parcel from the lorry driver. And I received no call at all. What a disappointment to international company.

β β β β β Overall service is satisfactory, surprise with the negative ratings or maybe due to my luck. All my previous items received timely and even my recent Ikea Norberg came in perfect condition within 2 working days. The courier personnel who called me up is polite and since I am away, opt for self collect at Ipoh Depot. I reached late at 1830, first time there and the depot personnel was helpful to retrieved my item. Majority staff are busy unloading items from the truck and I cannot observe anything odd to pinpoint. Aside that, the team may have to workout the complaints to sustain the big brand.

β β β β β Is there any star below one cause this company deserve it. 4 unsuccessful attempts! Is this a joke! I admitted that first attempt I was working and in the position not able to pick up a call. Okay sorry nevermind tomorrow should be fine. The customer service did promise to deliver it tomorrow then even asked me to standby and you know what? they failed 3 times/days in a row. Listen, the package contains medicine for my ill fated brother and without remorse you treat your customer's property unimportant. Cruel and incompetent. Feel happy now for treating people like this? I see bad review here and there so I guess who am I to tell your team to improve. Here is my tracking# 5920173598431421 . I post here because i have no idea which dhl branch handle this. Forgive me for my words, no sugar coated here cause its better to be frank and sincere.

β β β β β I came DHL Gunung Rapat Ipoh at 2.00pm to collect parcel but then been told by a DHL staffs need to wait until 2.30pm because everyone was eating.
Ask them for helped since I came far away from my residential house due to FMCO the parcel can't be delivered to our company address which located at Ipoh Town.
However, the staffs insisted need to collect parcel, you gotta wait until 2.30pm...
Why can't DHL has proper chanel of customer services during Lunch hour or prayers for those of their client to collect parcel like other Courier Services Pos Laju, and GDEX... ANYWAY POOR SERVICES AND NOT TOLERANCE
