β β β β β Sepatutnya brg smpai awal. Tapi last2 reason tak dapat contact pulak dh kenapa? Asal alamat boleh hilang pulak? Tak kan la masa brg sampai takde rekod dlm sistem untuk check balik alamat customer punya barang tu?
It should be early. But the last two reasons can't be contacted, why? Can the original address be lost? Isn't it time until there is no record in the system to check back the customer's address for the item?

Why don't you close this branch, I'm leaving as if it's not a parcel place. What a place for gangsters to hang out. Remember it's very busy, it's good to smoke in there ?
