Come on, this excuse works for the first day but consecutively on second day? You don't know how to prioritize which one to send first since you missed it the day before.

โ โ โ โ โ One thing for sure, sellers in malaysia shouldn't use DHL E-commerce..base on my experience.. your parcel will be delivered minimum 4day-8days after parcel being collected from the seller..next time i won't opted for DHL E-commerce to deliver my stuff.

โ โ โ โ โ After lodging report, I finally able to get my parcel. so to be fair, I give 3 stars but management have to up increase your manpower. really please do so because people use your service but your delivery system is so slow.

โ โ โ โ โ My parcel has been a week in Kepong depot with a processed status without any changing on the status until today. I keep on calling even emailed but there's no further action taken by Dhl. This is unacceptable and frustrating as i urgently need that parcel.

โ โ โ โ โ One irritating and annoying as well as disappointing thing about DHL is that the delivery staffs will NEVER call the recipient for whatever the reason may be INCLUDING to confirm if premise is open or closed. They don't have the sense to ring or at least text the recipient and just make their own decision. The premise I'm at doesn't have a ring bell so any delivery MUST call me then I can go down to receive them. Other companies have successfully delivered my parcels WITHOUT FAIL because they either call or text .
