Please work faster, especially to your admnin/clerk, key in the parcel faster, it’s absurd and unlogical for the lorry transit took a whole freaking day, heck even 2 days just from kl to machang depot to drop the parcels. Second, to the dispatchers too. And if staff shortage, hired more.!!! Such a catastrophe disaster branch.!!
