β β β β β No issues on late delivery as mentioned by other reviewers. Probably had major change in terms of management and facility development in the third quarter of 2019. Fast service.

β β β β β Honestly, they donβt even deserve one star. The most dire postal service offered in Kelantan specifically. They kept my items for almost three weeks now, I have even reported to hq, no action taken yet for now. I see no other way other than go and fetch my items on my own, though it's quite far from my place. Will definitely never use their service in future. Thanks for this distasteful experience.

β β β β β More than a week (9/5/2021) and until now did not receive my parcel. My goods arrived at Hub Machang on 3rd May. Very bad service not recommended at all.

β β β β β The service here is very slow. My parcel was not delivered to me even 3 days after the parcel reached there. At last I have to go by myself and pick it from them. Avoid using this branch of SkyNet if possible.

β β β β β This courier company will take ages to deliver things! Had experience a few times and was very very frustrated with the lousy service. When you check the tracking, it mentioned that your parcel was already out for delivery but hadnt arrive until forever. In addition they wont pick up your call. Please please improve!

β β β β β can you not hold customer's parcel please ??? i bought a book and I'm worried if it would damage my books to study if it took too much time to deliver. if you can't find the location then just call customer and ask where's their house this is so frustrating
