Very teribble service for DHL kuala terengganu.. My parcel reached KT dated 8/7, on 10/7 reached Machang centre.. Im not sure for what reason my parcel go there.. Because my address is in KT.. Contacted DHL eCommerce Kuala Terengganu, but no response.. What service you are prividing ha? Worst!!! Please response Tracking number 5920175432147381

You has been sent the parcel which I bought to my mom at the wrong place!!! Why you didn't call or text her when phone number as given to u??the parcel has been delivered at 2 days ago!! Signed by my mom? Like seriously? U should responsible about this.not keep silence like nothing happen.very bad service of u.i will made police report about this issue and viral about your bad service!!!!!!!! Poor services, i don't know why the didn't come deliver my parcel.. it has been more than 2 days at DHL. WHY YOU GUYS DIDNT DELIVER MY PARCEL WHAT IF MY FISH DIE. Since small fry complaints never get through and no action taken, I'll leave the bad rating here forever. Your delivery service worker from yesterday 8 July 2021 PARCEL 5920184862418241 was super rude, playing victim and not an ounce of guilt for delivering a torn parcel with FRAGILE sticker to a customer. Instead he blamed the customer for being angry to him since the customer was questioning him for it? Should the customer ask the dead parcel instead? Who is the customer here? He came in a car around 7.54pm, FIRST WORDS after being asked why it's torn was the nature. Rain as in water has caused the parcel wrapped with plastic torn. Next excuse was since the customer did not picked up the phone???????????. Multiple phone calls in just minutes in which few has been answered to send location. Wow so his logic is, if customer don't pick up the phone, parcels are going to be torn and broken lol, beware. And so the customer said to send report on this and guess what he said "go on send the report". See, that means the company never take serious action isn't it? The customer also didn't intend to complain that the delivery was late but was instead being lashed out on because the service worker probably had a bad day and had lots of delivery which he signed up to work and paid for. Which is what other good delivery service workers do daily too. Anyway. Conclusion is the service worker never apologize firsthand, make excuses and continued blaming customer. What a nice courier service. To other people who works in service industry, what is the sentence that should be ingrained in your mind even though and no matter what? I'm sure everyone with great sense would know the answer right away, if not you need to take a step back and learn before you cause trouble.

DHL terengganu very bad. To make a delivery at dusk, call the customer at dusk, when not picked up phone continue to be noted as unsuccessful. Please be logical to make delivery at the dusk. Dozens of times send parcel still can not know which house. Others courier, just for the first time make a call and next delivery they never make a call because they already know where it is

DHL Kuala Terengganu very slow. always keep parcel for at least 2-3 days before deliver to customers. got 1 time, they keep my parcel for 5 days. every-time also like this. i hope DHL HQ can see my review. if no improvement, i will just lodge complaint to HQ. if given chance i also won't use DHL for their slow speed. but some seller only use DHL, so i got no choice. i'm not happy with the speed of the delivery.

Just recently move to this new location. Very big place. No comments on service but don't expect much as long your parcel arrive destination.

The most slow courier ever, idk how much times i had to deal with dhl, since last 2 years always having problems for late ship the parcel, always call for my location, the location update also not accurate and sometimes i had to wait for a month for domestic parcel, if shopee can choose the courier i would never choose dhl?? J&T is much better
