β β β β β Service really poor, twice came, both got poor service. Try to call so many times but no answer at all. When I arrived, I saw 4 staff at the counter. I ask why no one answer the call, they said short staff. What a lame excuse. 4 staff still short eh? Waiting for around 20 minutes but still can't find my parcel. They said hard to find because the parcel small (another lame excuse). Ask me to come again on the evening (well I'm already here but ask to come again)
Please upgrade your services, teach your staffs to serve in a proper way. And the most important thing, always SMILE no matter how the situation is.

605 bila nak hantar parcel i ni? dah berapa hari kamu simpan parcel i kat warehouse kamu tu sampai shopee guarantee nak expire dah.

305 is very bad services. simply throw parcel into our gate. sometimes the parcel hit the car. last time my house is delivered by 304, but now changed to 305.
304 very good. 305 very lousy. j&t pls fix ur services.

β β β β β Responsive and helpfull. They are doing their job accordingly only, and you guys just know to complain when your parcel is still not yet received. This is courier business guys, to many variables involves in the process. They are just working as good as they can better than you just complaining.

β β β β β Thank you J&T..still deliver my parcel during COVID 19.. little bit late but it's fine..never late before pandemic..fast and affordable..hope others understand if their packages didn't delivered on time..not just u buy stuff online.. millions others also use their service, plus difficulty coz of current situation..tq

β β β β β You must not pick up the phone whenever I call. What is the point of entering the phone number if the call does not go through? How do you want to progress if small things can't be handled properly, how do you want to work properly? Your service is so bad and annoying that I feel like swearing at your courier. In comparison to other couriers, I believe you are the worst so far. People pay a lot of money, but the work you do is not worth it.ΰ² οΈ΅ΰ² ??
