★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never before i felt so frustrated with a courier service delivery speed until one of my parcel was appointed and handled by DHL Kota Bharu. A simple parcel from Kuala Lumpur took more than a week to arrive is way too rediculous for a delay. Item arrived in facility but doesnt get delivered for more than 4 days for no reason. So, lemme ask u (DHL Kota Bharu), what is your problem? Are u guys seriously into this business? With this pathetic rate of working efficiency, u guys are doing nothing but smearing the name and reputation of an international brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the item delivered very fast to the customer house hence the weekend. But sometimes it takes very long time to deliver the big item such as table or gaming chair you bought from shopee. Other than that is perfect!
