Servis slow. Sign urusniaga jam 9.30. Tp jam 10 baru nk buka. X kesian ke pada org tua yg dtg awl tggu. Waktu ni la terhegeh2 nk masuk duit dlm machine. X professional. Private sector sj. On time la. Jam 8 masuk keje. 1 1/2 jam sebelum waktu operasi, buat apa.

Tadi pergi bank untuk aktifkan akaun pastu staff suruh duduk dan tunggu. Tunggu punya tunggu rupanya sudah settle? tapi tidak diberitahu. Itupun saya sendiri yang tanya balik kat kaunter rupanya dah settle. Kalau tak sampai bank tutup agaknya saya tunggu? btw Service paling teruk?? Sejam lebih buang masa tunggu

service teruk. staf yang kepala botak hitam takde adab. service lembab nak mampos. orang tak ramai pun lembab. 3 jam ak terperap kat sini.
Service is severe. Staff whose Black Bald Head Takde Adab. Double Service Nak Mampos. People do not be humid. 3 hours AK is stuck here.

Very rude and disrespectful counter service. I went there to get bank statement for ptptn use and scolded for no reason. The unfriendly bald men at the counter intimidate and scolded me in front of all other customer just for not having a bank card. The card was from 4years ago. He was not professional and helpful at all. He should be fired on the spot. Many jobless others can fill and do better work for his position. Then, I get my statement from an older staff at the customer service counter at the front entrance. He was helpful and wisely entertain all his customer's questions eventhough he himself very busy at the moment. The process was quick, smooth and pleasant without unnecessary hassle. This man deserve medal. Thank you.
