★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless service, you go to DHL as premium account customer and they say you only can send packages with max. Weight of 2kg in this office ?? If want send more heavy packages than have go to the other DHL office in Batu Pahat.
I mean they still could process it and ask the other DHL office to pick it up in their office.
I dont use Facebook, since when is Facebook DHLs communication channel ?
I wanted to send a parcel of 12kg to Europe and you told me 2kg is the max. ? I am DHL customer since more than 20 years. I frequently send DHL packages and small DHL pallets to Europe. Its the first time someone told me that nonsense 2kg rule. It is not the DHLs customer business to drive around and find the "correct" DHL office. If you cannot handle more than 2kg, than simply ask your other DHL office to handle it, but dont tell the DHL customer to drive to an other DHL office because your stuff is too lazy to process a large parcel. All DHL offices have access to the same DHL system and also selling large empty DHL boxes, e-commerce is 0.05kg to 30kg and express 0.5kg to 300kg.
