The lorry driver is very considerate and helpful. He helped us lifting my dining table in front of our door and there were 4 big boxes total. We're so touched since it bulan ramadhan. Your staff is very competent. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite entering the store empty, all the staff seemed to ignore my existence and rather talk within themselves. The area was filthy, packages were pilled up upon each other and some even scattered across the floor. Also saw the staff dropping boxes off the trolley whilst having a laugh about it. Horrendous work attitude, will never use their services ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are very good Covid-19 SOPs in place. For example, max 2 customers can be at the counter to be served. The staff members are courteous and efficient. There are plenty of parking spaces outside of the office. Stationeries like glue and stapler are easily available.

Their staff always failed to courier my order. when i asked ur staff to courier back to my house/office, they will reply back to me rudely & sometimes they refuse. What a shame, we paid for ur services. they once return back my order to seller because I wasn't at home at that time. when i tried to collect the thing at ur branch on the next day, they said they already return back to seller. Aiyo, very teruk la this Gdex services. My officemate call to collect doc at my office also didn't come. Always not answer the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to beat the terrible service of GDEX. Drivers never show up after receiving notifications but ask to come to the office to pick it up by yourself. Delivery guy asking for IC and passport no. You think I just give any random guy my passport no. GDEX drivers have the feeling you wait 24/7 just for them to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today (9/11/2021) I have an urgent parcel to send to Singapore and I am grateful to Aliah and Azah to wait for me to arrive after their closing time ... off-hour traffic jam and drizzle on the way ... however great professionalism from the front desk and a good value to send parcels to Singapore. Well done, Aliah and Azah. Thanks a lot!
Today (15/11/2201) my wife and I went to GDex again. Excellent service from Aliah and Azah. Took a photo with them for memory sake. Thumb-up for their personalize services.
