★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the market leader in courier services. However, I don't think DHL deserve this entitlement. I bought a computer monitor worth RM 459 via Shopee. The parcel are delivered during the weekend without acknowledgement of me or anybody in my house. The parcel are left unattended on top of the pillar of my house. Luckily the seller wrapped the parcel with stretch film or else my monitor will be damaged by the heavy rain or stolen by any passer by!
Please think before using their unprofessional service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked in the website stated this DHL service point close at 7pm, I reached by 6:40pm the malay staff inside to me the system already off at 6:30 n reduce to accept my parcel. If this is true, pls update on the website follow ur actual operation hour so that people won’t be coming for nothing. In fact the staff is there doing nothing yet packed his bag n helmet waiting to go home. I choose DHL service because is an international listed company n trust the service. This really disappoint me.

On the next day it still in their office, and I decided to drop a call. The person working in DHL there asking me to check the system after 2 pm.
At 4pm I checked it’s still not going anywhere. And I called again their office, and nobody pickup. Maybe she already realize that they missed my parcel.
Sorry DHL KOTA KEMUNING, this is my last.
