★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read on MBE's website that they have foams and bubble wraps but to my surprise when I enquired about the bubble wraps, they (or this particular branch) didn't have it. They also asked me to buy it from the shop a few doors away and to wrap it first before sending to them. This is additional hassle for the customer, especially when the website states that these are available. Hopefully MBE will improve their one-stop services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A senior citizen requesting for assistance to complete the form were denied the request. Were rudely told to go the other courier service that can provide that assistance. This rude staff acted aggressive by slamming the table in response of "provoked" action by the senior citizen taking her photo, as this rude staff refuse to provide name as requested.
That didn't end, as the senior citizen were about to leave, this rude staff even cursed using racial slur.

Persuade you to purchase the Ninja Van couriers but don't how know the progress going, keep call me wait for 3 hours to log in stupid system, but cant be done. End up, i cant send out the parcel and charged me RM70+ for one item below 1kg. Keep shouting in front of the counter, THIS TWO LADIES SHOULD BE FIRE DUE TO THIS POOR MANNER. PLEASE CLOSE UR SHOP. YOU SHOULDNT START A BUSINESS LIKE THIS WAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad service & disappointed, yesterday was heavy rain traffic was so jam. I reached shop at 6pm the guy told me sorry we just closed ask me come back tomorrow. I say just touch 6pm some more your website status closed at 6:30pm, he told me website was wrong we closed at 6pm so fine i ask him help me accept my courier he look unhappy & angry face keep asking me tomorrow morning come back. I keep ask me accept my parcel he not care me at all last people coming in and looking at us only he bring me the tracking slip to fill up. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS SHOP AGAIN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google says shop close at 630pm and the shop assistant already close counter at 6pm. If you don’t planned to take in customer, please at least shut the roller shutter and change the Google information. Bad service and working attitude of the staff.
