★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, ship within Klang Valley took more than 2 weeks, say delivery man cannot find the place(delivery man refused to call) and return back another 1 week, 1 month gone without delivery yet still waiting for returning of parcel, no any updates from DHL yet we have to keep calling and chase after them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL used to be one of the better courier services in Malaysia (along with GDex for local delivery), however since their QC standard dropped when they started to hire new courier riders who come with personal cars and don't comply to the allocated delivery schedule. I started having bad experiences using their service as these new riders often come anytime they please, communicate poorly and do not provide good reason when they claim "Unsuccessful Delivery". I was especially angry when a rider called Ezekiel Hansel (as DHL management still sends automated messages for rider's name and number) was scheduled for a COD delivery at 12.44pm, we waited at home whole day only for him to lazily send an automated Whatsapp message at 8.44pm citing "Unsuccessful Delivery" without attempting to call us or providing evidence if unsuccessful COD at our house. He didn't even come to our house and blamed the unsuccessful delivery on us and refused to reply to messages asking for evidence. The following day, he called at 2.32pm saying he will come soon but only came at 5.21pm. We rushed home and waited for 3 hours for him. I wrote to DHL customer service and spoke to Ms. Nur Asyiqah but she did not seem to take the matter seriously, rushing to close the case seeing as the parcel has been delivered. To her, it's not important to deal with the courier rider's behaviour as long as the job has been done. Unfortunately Shopee does not allow buyers to select our preferred courier service, but I would definitely not recommend using COD method as it causes more delay for some reason and I will not be using DHL again for local courier needs. You're better off using J&T or Gdex (if their prices are not much higher) for better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible services!! On 28 Jan shipment not delivered due to courier workload. Until today 7 Feb more than a week man!! My docs still sitting in their warehouse. Only I called them up this morning only tell me they will arrange again shipment by tomorrow. Wanna to ask what are you doing for my docs for the last 7 days?! WT* service DHL provided. We paid for courier services but not warehouse services!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of their hidden fees for import goods, receive a proper black and white receipt K1 FORM customs state an amount which has to paid but end up receive a high amount of RM200 extra tax amount need to pay... and told that it's a ST RELEASE FEE (don't even know what is that and it's not even in the custom K1 FORM receipt), I'm not the first time using DHL for import goods and the final taxable amount will always reflect exactly same as the K1 FORM stated but not this time(Extra charges from nowhere), end up getting a 40% tax for an import goods haha well done. Will try to avoid using DHL for the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service have no idea what's going on with the parcel. I called to ask why its stuck at subang for few days, they said pending custom tax, and unable to reach us.
At first it was pending custom tax, and then I was called to ask if can proceed to charge my account, I said yes, so they said will proceed to arrange delivery next day. The next day when I called to ask, the lady said its already loaded to van and will delivery.
So the next day again I checked, I received an email asking for custom payment before they can deliver the item. Until now I not received the item.
Air freight suppose to be urgent and fast but take more than 2 weeks to delivery. Such a bad courier service.
