★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a relocation application because customer service could not help me, but turns out they also doing the same thing as what customer service did at the first place. So my issue can't be resolved immediately, thus I am giving 3 stars only as I think this process can be done via phone and save so much time.
Other than that,they are following SOPs and customers need to wait n queue outside of the TM point before entering so its good to not allow the place got crowded.If you are lucky you can sit on the dedicated seats for waiting customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No attendance number given to customers, the queue is mess. At the services counter, only 2 or 3 counter is services. Expected atleast 45mins queue for even 4 or 5 customers in line. The staffs working mode is slow and chill. Poor customer service forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there at 1.30pm on Monday and was immediately attended to. There's around 4-5 agents available during lunch time which is good. Parking is also available for customers at the lobby. Just inform the guard that you're visiting the TM point. If the parking is full and someone else is waiting in the car, he/she can wait at the side until a spot becomes available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you park outside(open air), RM 10 per entry, park indoor is RM 12 per entry.
Came at 1130am to collect my simcard, queue was long and there is no queue system. 10min passed and not even 1 customer called to the counter.
If you come next time and see 5-6 customers ahead, maybe you need to wait an hour for your turn.
Is this the so called TM experience center? For your customer to experience your inefficient slow process and long wait is it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allocated parking right outside for their customers. San Fran right inside of you're feeling hungry or just need a cuppa in the morning. Fast and efficient. Got that at 9am and done in 30 mins or less. Depending on your issues, I suppose.
