I was really frustrated yesterday as I went to 2 nearby DHL outlets and they gave me all the wrong information and charges quoted were almost double what I have to pay here. This outlet at Ara Damansara helps customer to save and provide excellent customer service. Although I stay quite far away, I'm happy to drive there as they answer all my queries via phone even before I visited their outlet. The GO TO outlet! Well done and thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my 4th time sending sample: for my company and I decided to rate them. This DHL service point provides really good service. The staffs are friendly especially Eija, Phyllis and the their lady boss. Customer service is good. Do not worry about boxes as they have all sort of boxes to accommodate your needs. Pricing is standard from DHL but they provide good advise. Also, you can collect points for future discounts. This centre also provides car insurance and road tax renewals if you don’t want to use expensive MyEG services.
