Staff are professional and they were able to get a cctv footage of my parcels. Unfortunately I still lost my parcel, DHL did not do anything about it though.. disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ My staff had a bad experiences with the Malay guy staff who showing his arrogant and disrespectful manner to me. Was politely asking him to scanned the parcel and he is busy with playing hand phone and he said he GOT THE RIGHT TO SCOLD BACK? the last time he was relunctant to give out the flyer to me, I donโt mind to pay you but please donโt showing that kind of face to your customer, MBE should train your staff how to serve customer!

โ โ โ โ โ Dropped of many many times here. Not once do the staff greet us or any other customer. Always in bad mood. Don't scan parcels immediately. It's really not a pleasant feeling doing business here.
Even though it is the nearest and most convenient, We try our VERY best NOT to come here. Staff in MBE Centerpoint or ara damansara much much more friendly. feel safer dropping off our parcels there.
Service is so so important, pls improve. At the moment, we drive further, find parking in a mall, lug all our parcels to first floor to drop off at centerpoint. It's so much difficult, yet we do it because we are treated professionally there.

โ โ โ โ โ Not a bad place to drop off your parcels, parking maybe limited and shop notice you to double park for a quick drop off. Lazada and Shopee parcels are accepted here. The shop is near the corner row facing the street.
