★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish to request the centre should remain one man power during lunch time and not just close the centre without notification of lunch time in website.
Moreover, when called up the centre the
staff is inside answered .i request that
just want to drop off the document, the staff keep repeating "miss, Is lunch time, u come after lunch time. "
What if ppl drove 10min and come to your centre ?
Can urpgade the services.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not experience a courteous reception from the 2 ladies where one of them was wearing coloured lenses. No smile and was abrupt in their responses, making me feel that I was dealing with a government based office. My attempt was to ship Magicopper mask which was KKM endorsed product, however the ladies mentioned that courier companies will not handle shipments of face masks below 4ply. Parking to get here is a challenge as limited side road parking lots.

DHL please look into this. Having this sort of not professional staff who cannot do a simple task is going to ruin your brand name. Useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking is limited there so I park in the middle of road when there’s no car coming at the back. I want to unload the parcel fast so that I wouldn’t block anyone’s way. The staff saw me after I sending in my parcel for the first round but they did not offer to help me to unload others and just stand there and watch. They don’t even help to hold the door.
What is the point of having 2 staff when both of them are not gonna help! This is the worst service I’ve encounter in DHL. There are so much more places with better services and a shopee priority parking space for the customer to unload the parcel. Worst experience, don’t go there! I would rate a 0 star if I could!
