★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This J&T is probably the nicest and most hard working new J&T branch in KL. They are also the most friendliest and most helpful staff you will ever meet compare to other J&T branches honestly.
If you concern with your parcel containing fragile item like glass, they will advice the method to safely wrap and they will take extra care for your fragile parcel and do their best for safe handling in branch until the lori come to pick up.
I send before fragile glass and last time broken through other J&T, this time I go here and they try their best to pack nicely for lori. They even inform me when I visited the next day that they tried their best to pack nicely.
The parcel arrived Penang safely and I am so happy with their effort even though I know they can can only help what they can in the branch.
