β β β β β It was so-so. The ambience and look of the place is nice and good entertainment. But the end result of my nails and toes was less than satisfactory. The staff looked like they're bored with their work and the boss looks less than friendly. They also have a hard time matching the colours I want and the staff looked visibly annoyed choosing colours for me. I think they can do better.

β β β β β I had been here few times also signed up package before. But frankly the service and the nail result was really not up to my expectation and you will find the nail design is kind of boring. Besides, if you had gel service with them and whenever you go back for removal you will have to pay extra. They always tell you NO and they donβt provide this and that service which I felt that they donβt put their customer on the first place. I doesnβt feel customer fulfillment at all but only disappointment.The ambience is so so and staff there do let me feel they donβt have passion with what they are doing. Only when they are selling package/promotion they will be aggressive. Its not recommended place for me.

β β β β β worst experience lol i did manicure + buffing. rm 63. price was okay but service 0. went there with my sister did the same thing but mine turned out sooooooo ugly like what ????? my sister got hand massage and everything but the lady serving me hmmmm gave me nothing. shes bad at clipping nails too (look at the attached pictures). i just dont understand the most basic also cannot do huhu. but basically not gonna come again la. did not worth my rm63 at all !
