Bad experience. Came to this branch during lunch hour but all no officer to attend you. The man in front was polite enough to offer seats and take my detail for the officer to call when she get back. 24 hours later, nothing. No wonder barely see any customer.

Counter services are rule and didn't care about customer. Keep asking for my account book, so far my IC and Debit card is approved that ME, is the owner to the account. But refuse to help me to make bank draft. So far the account book does not request from other CIMB BANK at Cyber or Bahau. Please kindly standardised the process with all counter person. One branch say one word!!!!!!!!!

Quite busy place. But their treatment is good. The staffs really kind and helpful. Even though there are a lot of customers, they manage to work efficiently and fast.

Very terrible experience! Long wait, bad services, unfriendly, unprofessional. Worst branch 1, Jalan C180/2, 43200 Cheras, Selangor 11 m Map of cimb c180 ... I went 3rd time to this branch just for open a account... I spend more 40+ money just for the car service to visit this branch... But still haven't open the account...i hv a lot of work to do... I can't keep going the branch just for the 15min work... Whats the problem with em... Can u tell me the service timing for exactly what time the will close the counter for open a account... If u hv time pls read the google reviews for the branch... Bad reputation... One of the worst n pemalas staff... Always say that sistem error or we have 8ppl more n thn we will close the open account counter at1pm today can't.. Monday hv lot of ppl, pls visit Tuesday or Wednesday blah blah... When we went thn keep wiating the customer too long n they announce that sistem error after the 2hours... What do u all think the customer? Do we look like a idiot or wht... I still having the proof that I went this branch how many time I went... Diorg bagi banyak alasan utk nak relax, sembang, keluar sini sana, boleh sembang main phone selalu tapi malas buat kerja... Always cimb staff is trouble maker to the customer.. First please teach ur staff to gv (fast service...) Do they know the mean for it...Stupid... Korang pakai sistem tahun 70 an ker.. This is the worst cimb brunch ever.. Bad and slow asik bagi alasan je... ITU LA ini LA..kalau nak balik awal tak payah pergi kerje baik duduk kat rumah..

Such a slow service. I understand that we are battling a pandemic and SOPs have to be maintained, but it doesn’t make sense for the staff to take 30 mins per customer. I was scrolling through the reviews and they all make sense. Waited more than two hours to renew my bank card. It is supposed to be one of the best banks in Malaysia, but I feel like I’m reverting back to the 90s. I hope that the HQ sees my comment and check on your staff and service.
