They said within 24hours my bill will cleared but till now ( 96hours) still gettin stuck with this bill!!!! Wake up digi. Worst!!!!

β β β β β I called many times and wait 5 minutes for each call but no answer. I already change digi to umobile about almost a year but digi collector called me for a bill. I clear all bills before change digi to umobile for sure if not the operater changes will not allow.Why i still got a bill from digi? After a month i change an operator, they charged me rm70. And this happened last year, now they asked me a receipt. Hello where is the bill statement? Why u burden ur customer like this? After a year then u call me to tell that i got a bill?? I am really upset and mad at digi now.

β β β β β Bought a prepaid Digi for RM43.00 from this store on Dec 9th and requested receipt via email from lady staff. Not received till today. Around 1040am on Dec 10th, I walked in at the shop and spoke to a chinese male staff (trust he is the store sup/manager -whatever). As informed by the lady staff yesterday, internet lasts for a monrh and asked this blur chinese bloke what about whtsapp and he said need to contact whatsapp directly. Sounded unconvincing. !!! Asked him about my receipt and he told business operation starts at 11am and cannot check. Crazy excuse. Then I walked in again this afternoon and met this chinese bloke and requested my receipt via email. He passed a small piece of paper and I wrote down my email add. Clarified with him what he told me about whatsapp issue and he bluntly denied. He gave wrong adv about whatsapp and he hink he can weasel out his ignorance. The lady staff who attended me yesterday displayed good customer service BUT this chinese bloke displayed soulless and characterless service. His service really SUCKS!!!
