β β β β β TAD (TM Authorised Dealer). Offers basic services ie. registration, billing (payment & enquiries). Wasted my time to go all the way there. They don't do upgrade or downgrade package, termination, etc.

β β β β β It is not long queue, very fast I get the service, as they are dealer, only can subscribe and pay bill plus lodge a report to tm, I did all this in just 15 minutes, faster than I expected, which I expecting a long queue which gonna spend a half day but it is not?

β β β β β Very poor service. Lot of things cannot be done except for bill payment. And it is actually not TM Point Wangsa Maju as informed by the staff there.. They are just an authorised dealer. A TM Point is TM own outlet instead of authorised dealer. Staff there also not customer centric just similar as TM customer service
